Product Test

At UK Electronics we employ a number of experienced Test Engineers with an extensive knowledge of the electronics industry. Our engineers are here to ensure that all products manufactured by UK:E are built to the highest standard and operate to our customers specification.

A functional product test is the final process that the PCB’s go through before they are either dispatched to the customer or directly on to their clients. If a board fails this procedure it will be held by our engineers and repaired ensuring that the product is in full working order before it is shipped.

Test Equipment

At UK:E we are happy for the customer to supply their own test fixture and test procedure. Our engineers will follow this process and record any relevant data requested by the customer which can be shared once the production is complete.

If you do not have a test rig or specification our Test Engineers can help to design and build a functional test rig and produce a test specification that will cover your list of requirements.

Some customers prefer to partly test their product to confirm that certain sections / functions are in full working order before they begin their final assembly. Others prefer a full functional test which allows them to move their products on quickly. Whatever your needs UK Electronics can help you to come up with a solution.
